If you’re not happy with the quality of the products, the ROI you’re seeing, or your customers’ response to the products, we’ll buy back your unopened inventory in full. Bringing Onyx + Rose into your business is a decision we want you to feel confident about, and we’re confident in our products. Creating a low-risk buying experience is how we back that up. We also extend the same 90-day satisfaction guarantee to your customers on their first purchase. If you receive a return, we’ll replace that item free of charge for you.

WHOLESALE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FAQ

Is there a minimum purchase?

Yes. Wholesale orders must be a minimum of $1,000. There is no minimum on the number of different products in your order.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept credit cards or checks.

How quickly are wholesale orders shipped?

All orders received by 12:00 PM MST (2:00 PM EST) are shipped the same day.

Can you ship outside the U.S.?

We are currently not partnering with any companies outside of the United States, but if you contact us, we’ll notify you when this policy changes.

What is your return policy on wholesale orders?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the product or our wholesale program, we will buy back your unopened inventory within the first 90 days. No questions asked.

Do I need a special license to sell hemp oil products?

You’ll need to check with your state and local jurisdictions, but we are not aware of any city, county or state that requires a special license to sell our CBD hemp oil products.
